Mike Harris
Mike Harris is a proven and prolific entrepreneur. He was the co-founder and CEO of Patina Solutions – which he sold along with his investors to Korn Ferry in April 2022 for $45 million. He is best known as the founder and former CEO of Jefferson Wells – a company he started, built, and sold to Manpower along with his investors for $174 million in 2001. Mike has extensive experience in evaluating, funding, and growing new ideas and new companies. Mike plays guitar, writes and records songs, and loves Spotify.
Chris Carpenter
Chris Carpenter is a financial and operations executive and entrepreneur with over 40 years in the Wealth Management industry. Chris co-founded ADVISORport, a wealth management advisor platform he helped develop as a Partner, finance as CFO with three rounds of private equity capital, and operate as Chief Operating Officer. ADVISORport was sold to PFPC, a subsidiary of PNC in 2006. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI), which supports all facets of the music industry in Wisconsin and provides music scholarships. An avid live music fan, Chris is always looking for opportunities to help musicians succeed in their careers.
